What does Social Sciences mean in College?
I am applying for college and I have to take a Social Studies elective, but the textbook does not describe what it means Social Sciences. Who wants to give me a hand?

That is part of the general education requirements. Social sciences means you would need to take one course from one of several disciplines: psychology, sociology, political science, economics (sometimes), anthropology, geography. There’s usually quite an array of courses, so I’m sure you will find one you like. Psychology is usually the most popular.
