This question is far too broad. It entirely depends on what their major is.
It is a broad question, and depends partly on the student’s major. Some will go on to law school, medical school, or business school. Others will go to graduate school in the relevant area. For example, an undergraduate psychology major might go on to do a Phd in psychology, in order to become a licensed clinical psychologist. A philosophy major might do a philosophy Phd and become a philosophy professor.
They will get the jobs that they make happen. Nobody says “I need an English major” or “I need a Psychology major” they say “I need someone who can solve this problem for me
The employers out there need people to solve problems for them, and they need that more than you need a job.
I’d start working through the resources at: http://www.rileyguide.com
and read the books _What Color is Your Parachute_ (http://www.jobhuntersbible.com) by Bolles, and _The Adventures of Johnny Bunko_ (http://www.johnnybunko.com) by Pink and _48 Days to the Work You Love_ (http://48days.com/) by Miller
and do an ACTIVE job search. Don’t just send out resumes and hope for something to happen. Find some employers you want to work for, and start talking to them, and find out what they need, and create a job for yourself, knowing what you can do, and what the employer needs.
Or do your own thing, and create a job for yourself by reading up on entreprenuership.
The best jobs are going to go to the people who treat their job search like a job: 40+ hours per week, very organized, very professional, very active.
schools.medianewsonline.com – I found such internship info here. It has lots of internships, job openings and scolarships for college students.
